Some of you may have seen this footage, but I thought it was too good not to share! When I read about this in the paper last week, I was disgusted. When I actually saw the footage, I must admit that after I laughed and questioned the authenticity of this story, I got a little angry!
This kid is smoking like a pro! 40 Cigarettes a day...how does his body handle this? What the heck is going on here? On top of his tobacco addiction, it looks like the tyke is have a little too much take out! To make things worse, his parents appear to be encouraging this behavior....Wow.

I hope this kid gets help as soon as possible. I can imagine his family salivating at the thought of making a ton of money from him be lending him to the summer fair circuit and taking a cut of the admission fees.Who are we to judge?

OMG! I totally blame the parents for that one. I mean come on, can't they handle a tantrum?! I agree, it is child abuse and they shouldn't be parents!!!

I saw this last week. As a parent and human being it makes me want to cry. It is complete abuse. If they don't cut him off and handle the tantrums, that kid won't be around for them to handle at all one day soon!

they turned down the car because they know the kid is worth more if he keeps smoking. Third world nations don't have CPS so imagine what other situations kids must be enduring there. I hate that nothing shocks me anymore...

It's SO sad, but unfortunately is a typical depiction of the differences between the US and nations like that. My heart hurts for that kid, but it's not even all that uncommon over there. For every 2-3 year old that lights up every day, there are a dozen 5 year olds. :( Welcome to reality. It's harsh.

It really is appalling. I can't even bring myself to watch the video because I know how bad it will piss me off!
