I love this idea! It kind of has that "Flat Stanley" or Roaming Garden Gnome feel to it and it will be awesome to see how he is growing in comparison to the monkey! I just hope I can remember to take it every month!
Any other great photo ideas? Feel free to share!
FYI: Kyron the Mon-Ky is on the left. The stuffed Monkey is on the right! :)

So cute! LOVE the hair! I took pictures of my boys doing the same things at the same age. I love to look back and compare to see the differences and similarities.

He is so adorable! I wish I had thought of this when my son was born. I guess I'll know what to do when the next one comes around though!

I did this for L-boy's first year. Then I put each picture in one of those baby calendar thingies. Pretty cool. Wish I would have though of using a prop!!

That is an amazing idea! Shoot. I've been trying to think of things like that so I can market them and become rich and famous. Pooh :) In all honestly, though, your little guy is starting to look like a big guy! They grow up so fast!!

He is a cutie. Great idea. My wife did that with our 2 yr old Shae for the 1st yr. It was really cool to see her change and it is really cool to go back now and relive those days.

Super cute! We did that once or twice for a couple of our kids - but weren't exactly consistent. Oops! In theory though, it was a great idea!

A friend of mine did this with her daughter and has a fantastic collection of pictures like this. I think she put them in a scrapbook. Great idea!

One of my best friends who just had a baby is doing the same thing...and even with a stuffed monkey!!

You son is soo cute! We did the same thing with our two boys, taking pics with the same stuffed animal on their monthly birthdays. It's amazing how much they change in just 1 year.
